About Me

I am a Year 13 student at Dubai College with a strong passion for Science and Medicine. I am currently studying four A-levels: Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, and Physics. My interest in Medicine was sparked when I learned about Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy, the leading cause of sudden cardiac arrest in young athletes. Being an athlete myself, I have been deeply committed to understanding medical science and ways to resolve such issues in healthcare. This passion has driven me to pursue several opportunities to enhance my knowledge, such as participating in medical courses, work experience, and conferences related to Cardiology, Neuroscience, Genetics, as reflected in the certifications I have obtained.

Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy (HCM)

Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy (HCM) is a serious heart condition that affects millions but remains largely unknown to many. To address this, we are launching an awareness campaign aimed at educating the public about the symptoms, risks, and management of HCM. Our campaign will focus on the importance of early diagnosis and understanding the genetic aspects of the disease. Through engaging educational materials, social media outreach, and community events, we aim to raise awareness and provide resources for those affected by HCM and their families. By sharing personal stories and expert insights, we hope to foster a supportive community where individuals can learn about the importance of monitoring heart health and recognizing potential symptoms. Together, we can create a stronger understanding of HCM, encouraging individuals to advocate for themselves and others and promoting a proactive approach to heart health.

My passion for promoting cardiovascular health and my interest in web development inspired me to create Cardio-Labs.com. I wanted to bridge the gap between medical information and accessible, user-friendly resources. Developing Cardio-Labs.com involved extensive research, coding, and collaboration with health professionals. One of the biggest challenges was ensuring the accuracy of the medical information, which I addressed by consulting with experts and cross-referencing reliable sources.
